If you haven't had any luck defending a position with angry words and
passionate reactions, why not try "killing them with kindness"? You may be
caught up in a situation where you feel on guard, and you just want to lash
out to protect your own position.
The more agitated up you get, though, the more you will open the door to
stress and worry. With each angry words you say, you will find that it weighs
a little heavier on your own heart. Be sweet instead, and see how much further
