Why do PTT allow people to slander on the internet. By definition from English dictionary, Gossip equals to slandering?? If they can use English cell phone to insult English speaking people, what if they drive English cars to kill English speaking people, drive Japanese cars to kill Japanese people, etc. Please tell the international police to solve this issue.
