Back-end Engineer
Taipei, Taiwan
Responsibilities:
Architect and code RoR for new feature development and existing feature
maintenance
Produce clean reusable code that conforms to development team standards.
Deploy work to production environments.
“own” the backend and be responsible for recommending improvements and
identify refactoring opportunities in backend codebase
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years demonstrated experience in web development and design.
Demonstrable ability in RoR, Ruby, basic SQL and HTML
Significant plus for abilities in JavaScript, Jquery and CSS
Maintain and build test suite
Ability to diagnose and fix programming issues relating to website operations
Curious, forward-thinking and always seeking innovative solutions.
