Hi there!
I'm a male working in the financial technology industry and I'm looking for
one or two roommates to share a 119 sqm 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in
the Neihu station of Muzha MRT line. My budget is around $20k.
The apartment is WITHOUT furniture.
A little about myself: I enjoy cooking, prioritize sleep quality, and go to
bed before 11:30 pm on weekdays (no restrictions on weekends). I also have
indoor plants and love pets, although I don't currently have any. I have
allergies, so smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes are not allowed in the apartment.
During the summer, I like to keep the air conditioning on 24/7, so I'm
willing to pay extra for electricity.
I can contribute the following furniture of a 75-inch TV, PS4, 1G internet,
air purifier, a dining table for six, and a complete set of kitchen tools and
utensils.
I had 2 years of experience living with roommates.
I’m looking for someone who can pay rent on time, and doesn't bring guests
over too frequently. Please no overnight guests or significant others staying
over. I also need someone who can respect my sleeping schedule and is willing
to cooperate with me on this.
