【Role Overview】
In this dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to
join our team. As a significant contributor, you will play a key role in our
Web3 platform, delivering
premium derivatives trading and risk management products for both retail and
institutional traders.
With a rich history of crafting traditional finance and Web3 products, we are
on a mission to bring financial independence to the masses.

complexities and challenges of fintech, DLT, and Web3 technologies.
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that
our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will
be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and
timeline.
【Responsibilities】
- Ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of projects
- Ability to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and
within budget
- Ability to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ability to ensure resource availability and allocation
- Ability to develop a detailed project plan to track progress
【Requirements】
- Preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical
project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information
technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in
software development and web technologies
- Excellent internal communication skills
- PMP certified
- Experience of end-to-end project management tools: Trello, GitLab,
Microsoft Project, Kanban (Asana, Confluence), etc.
- Able to communicate between engineering and product / non-technical teams
【Optional】
- Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience
- Experience working with fintech, DLT, and/or other trading systems
- Experience in blockchain ecosystems / infrastructure
