I have one more share room to rent come with great price at great place!! You
will have full access to the apartment facilities including spa, gym, pool
and more.. The house is full furnished with everything you need so just bring
your suitcase. We were originally five people renting this unit, four of us
are international students from Taiwan, but one is going to graduate soon in
Jan. next year. Therefore, students are extremely welcome and we prefer

Transportation:
Bus stop is just at the corner and heaps of buses go to city, west suburb, UQ
and express bus to Garden City. Or if you prefer walking, it's 8 mins to Roma
Station, 15 mins to City. Coles Supermarket is about 8 mins walk distance.
Facility:
Gas, electricity, water and unlimited internet are all included in the rent!!

The room will be available on 3rd Jan.2012 for one female only, you will be
sharing the room with a lovely girl from Taiwan. And yes it's only $130/wk.
