小弟有个a.html 内容如下
<meta>url="https://www.google.com.tw/" <meta>
1. windows cmd "chrome a.html" ==>chrome开启网页 "https://a.html"
2. 右键点选a.html 以chrome 开启 ==>连结到https://www.google.com.tw/
请问上面两个动作有什么差别?
