据USPTO转让资料得知，Apple在2018年12月执行一件与家庭监控系统相关的专利转让申请
，从Lighthouse AI公司手中取得8项专利。
由于，Lighthouse AI在竞争激烈的家用相机市场未能获得认同，宣布于去年(2018)年底
关闭。该公司曾于2018年2月推出了其首款产品，即具有一些人工智能（AI）功能的安全
摄像头。
该相机专利组合，包括一些面部识别技术，可以随着时间的推移识别家中熟悉的面孔。然
而，由于299美元的高售价和每月订阅费一些人工智能功能的费用，使得该产品处于昂贵
而失去市场认同的悲剧。
