目前看起来今天释出的Windows 10 Update都有解决这问题啦
更新细节都提到了这条
Provides protections against a new speculative execution side-channel
vulnerability known as L1 Terminal Fault (L1TF) that affects Intel® Core®
processors and Intel® Xeon® processors (CVE-2018-3620 and CVE-2018-3646).
Make sure previous OS protections against Spectre Variant 2 and Meltdown
vulnerabilities are enabled using the registry settings outlined in the
Windows Client and Windows Server guidance KB articles. (These registry
settings are enabled by default for Windows Client OS editions, but disabled
by default for Windows Server OS editions.)
微软是建议在安装此更新前先确认已经有启用Spectre Variant 2 和 Meltdown的防护
(Windows 10比较没差，默认就是启用。比较有影响的是Server System)
另外这个更新也解决了AMD Family 15h(Bulldozer)的CPU在安装6月和7月的Windows和AMD
微代码更新后高CPU使用率的问题(与Spectre Variant 2 的分支目标注入 Patch有关)
这两个更新在Win 7也有
不过这次安装后效能会掉多少啊(?
