结果是下午的时候有更新，也就是4月的累积更新
点进去看更新资讯，才发现其中一个条目

Follow instructions outlined in KB4073119 for
Windows Client (IT Pro) guidance to enable usage of IBPB within some AMD
processors (CPUs) for mitigating Spectre Variant 2 when switching from user
context to kernel context.

简单来说就是这次更新已针对AMD CPU的Spectre Variant 2漏洞进行修补
同时AMD也释出了相关白皮书，有兴趣的可以点进去看看
但目前这样的修补是否对效能造成影响还不得而知，需要做一些测试才知道
