[开箱] 铝条自组机壳

市售机壳的配置我怎么看都不满意,只好拿2020铝条自己做一个
我希望 硬盘抽取槽/光驱/各种资讯面板 在萤幕下方横向展开
拿免费的LibreCAD进行粗略规划 (没学过制图只能乱画一通)

不是很精准的设计图,只是各零件的相对位置
考虑走线路径之后,决定用主机板摆右边的配置
淘宝订制的 "2020欧标铝型材" ,沟槽一堆碎屑待清理

全部选用内置型的L型连接件,外观比较简洁,缺点是事后很难调整

我拿电钻+气泡纸+砂纸 制作成简易打磨设备,处理铝条切面太锐利的地方

然后试组,拿待废弃的光驱定位出5.25"扩充槽的锁孔
还有备用的白牌电源供应器模拟铝片摆设位置

这边用两颗Cherry绿轴作为 Reset/开机按钮

EVGA X99 FTW K 主机板准备上机

定位主机板铜柱很麻烦,因为螺丝全部都藏在主机板底下
必须移除主机板才能调整,还要兼顾10个孔位的相互位置

调整过程中损坏好几颗止付螺丝,后来干脆全部螺丝换成304不锈钢材质
可以看到螺丝头从黑色变成银色的,总数约150颗通通重来....
接口卡的固定也用椭圆片

实际组装后发现,椭圆片会随着螺丝锁紧被拖着改变角度
一边校正角度一边锁紧螺丝变成非常困难的任务,根本是整人的设计
所有硬盘皆以抽取匣安装,不然事后再调整椭圆片也是个恶梦
这边采用两个2.5"+3.5"+USB 3.0 x2的综合扩充面板

安装铝合金脚垫,螺丝是M6规格,但铝条厂商忘记攻牙
我本来买了攻牙器但使用时断在洞里,只好重新订制攻牙的铝柱

同样是订制的OEM高度R4键帽也一并到货了
大SSD时代,机壳标示也要进化
但是因为这两颗键帽表面涂层有刮痕,跟卖家反应后获得全额退费

才装好没多久的5.25区又全部拆掉往左移一格
Amphenol反弯头SATA线拉5条,预留一个给未来装光驱时使用

必须重新调整主机板位置,最累的10颗螺丝全部重来.........

先装上CPU , Broadwell-E 6850K 体积满大的

Cryorig网站提供纸模型下载打印功能相当贴心,可惜也都不合用

再比对过几家号称不卡PCIe的塔散后发现,EVGA预留的空间真的比较小
别家主机板可以用的散热器,在EVGA X99系列都不能用
最后我是买SilverArrow IB-E Extreme,然后自己DIY修剪鳍片

后来发现风扇有点吵
倒不是说滚珠轴承的噪音多大,但难免输新品的油封轴承
拆下泡油也没改善多少干脆买新的来换

NSK ISC 3x8x4培林换完略有改善,但效果有限
反正运转噪音大部分时间会被风切声盖掉,就算了吧
装到一半发现原本设计的接口卡固定方式不适合显示卡
不只会歪斜,还有前后高低不平的问题
可以看见显卡导热管已经低过SATA座顶端,正常的电脑机壳不应该发生这个现象

所以另外订了背板来装,支撑柱就拿之前攻牙断头的铝柱切短使用

大致定位完之后制作开关线路,焊接完把线扭成麻花然后火烤定型

再使用长耳夹固定,长耳夹对只有框架的机壳来说简直是走线神器

接着上滤网,这边采用PVC冲孔网(孔径1.0mm)
底部露出螺丝头,在滤网对应的位置切出孔位穿过固定

效果差强人意,密合度不佳,未来应该加上外框固定效果会比较好

前面接好灯号之后我发现M.2接口NVMe SSD在存取时并不会触发指示灯
后来直接换有灯号针脚的转接卡

内部组装大致完成,开始接洽订制透明外板,首先是左右的压克力
由于尺寸较小,后方开风扇孔造型较复杂等多种理由,无法制作强化玻璃
不想使用未强化的玻璃材质所以改用透黑压克力代替,效果依然不错

改装成鼠标线架非常好用,好用到会流泪的程度

电脑组装原本应该在此告一段落,但用一阵子之后发现跑游戏的效能非常差
不断反复测试仍找不到问题,决定先把快满月的ASUS Fury拿去退货,换MSI RX480 8G
约1周之后才发现是主机板问题,内存插到某槽就会降速,一样也送RMA换新

MSI RX480 8G依然退货处理,买前没注意到输出接头设计成2HDMI+2DP

顺便装官方解锁BIOS,再也没出现问题

多一台萤幕的用途真的很广泛(我本来电脑就是三萤幕)
