提到 Ellis, 两天前 Basketball Insiders 的 Steve Kyler 有聊到:
Not sure there is much the Pacers have to offer without ripping up the core,
which I do not see them doing. I know they’d be open to moving Monta Ellis,
but I am not sure what he returns. Maybe Orlando? I think they need a flat
out scorer and there is some history with Vogel, but at this point, nothing
is there.
简言之, Ellis 是有被端出来询价的, 但要换谁不清楚
也许魔术是个可能的对象, 但目前的情况是八字没一撇～

同样都在东区中段载浮载沉, 跟魔术交易的可能性也的确不高
不过如果从魔术的阵容中挑选, 扣掉不大可能动的三塔之外,好像只有两种可能了:
1. 仅签了一年合约的 Jeff Green (15M)
< 看是要 Ellis+Allen 直接换,或是 Miles+Ellis 换 Green+选秀权 >
纯粹是清薪资空间为明年续约或抢人用~
2. 态度散漫而被冰起来的 Mario Hezonja (新人约第二年, 3.9M)
< 魔术在凑球员(Meeks 或 Watson)来平衡薪资 >
看高层是否愿意赌这个有天分但需要矫正态度(找John Cena?)的球员
