For the time being we have a small gift for you: 2 weeks of open signup! Yes,
your friends can now register freely for a limited period of time. However,
to prevent the abuse there is a small limitation. For another 2 weeks,
starting immediately, anybody can register an account (with exception of the
blacklisted countries). Please note that the account itself will remain
inactive until the signup period ends. Then, after a review, all the newly
registered accounts will be unlocked (only if not found violating the Site
Rules and our Open Signup Policy).
