补充：分享率标准
如果你的下载量低于10 GB，你必须分享率高于0.3。
如果你有超过10 GB的下载，你必须分享率高于0.4 。
如果你有超过20 GB的下载，你必须分享率高于0.5 。
如果你有超过50 GB下载，你必须分享率高于0.6 。
如果你有超过100 GB的下载，你必须分享率高于0.7。
分享率未达标：自注册之日起，如果没有达到上述标准，将会被系统警告，警告一周后仍
然没有改善的，会被系统自动Ban掉。
