As manager, Front-End Inbound Supply Management (ISM), you will lead the mater
ial management team located in Hiroshima to ensure ordering and On Time Delive
ry of materials orders required for global commodity parts for Micron. This in
cludes expediting and escalation of delivery issues as required to ensure cont
inuity of manufacturing operations with shortage/excess mitigation to support
production.
Supply Fulfillment Execution
‧Manage Delivery Scheduling and Order Release
‧Ensure sufficient materials to support site build plans; schedule correct qu
antity of material from a vendor for arrival at specified site and date
‧Support pull-in requests that has impact to wafer loading or SOS output, and
expedite deliveries
‧Update orders to support site pull-ins, build adds/expedites, or push-outs a
s required by site build schedule
‧Block materials due to quality issues; release or reorder based upon MRB
Inventory Management Execution
‧Work with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and execute global
inventory strategic direction for Front-End and Back-End manufacturing sites
‧Implement recommended actions to achieve targets for global inventory value,
turns, safety stock and replenishment points.
‧Implement inventory specific savings levers such as vendor stocking, supplie
r managed, or consignment programs
‧Execute the implementation of inventory strategies and compliance and partic
ipate in the resolution of any constraints or issues
Interface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers on Materials
Management Strategies
‧Ensure stakeholder requirements are met
‧Sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment
‧Cooperate with company policies and comply with RBA specifications and relat
ed business.
‧Provide a safe, compliant and ethical work environment according to RBA(EICC
) guideline.

‧Establish job responsibilities and performance and development goals for dir
ect reports
‧Collect, review, and provide verbal and written performance feedback to cont
inuously develop your team
‧Monitor and oversee individual and team performance
‧Coach, mentor and develop current and future Micron leaders
‧Provide consultation to ensure conflict resolution
‧Establish strategies to provide and support recognition
