工作职责：
1、高度理解公司整体发展战略，全面负责技术方向研究和规划，组织制定和实施重大技
术决策和方案；
2、 负责互联网教育产品的策划，优化与推动产品上线、迭代更新；
3、 领导并推动研发系统的组织建设、流程优化，建立起配置有效、均衡发展的研发组织
结构和产品开发流程；
4、 负责技术团队建设及管理，监督指导技术研发工作，有计划的扩充和培养一支高效的
技术研发团队；
5、 协调与公司其他部门的工作，并对公司战略提供有力支持。
任职条件：
1、 3年以上的技术总监以上职位，具备30人以上的大规模研发开发技术团队管理经验；
大学全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、有JAVA、PHP、PYTHON等主流编程语言基础并具有一定的开发经历，熟悉软件架构、设
计模式、面向对象的设计方法；
3、对于主流数据库和中间件如Oracle、MySQL、WebLogic、Tomcat等软件的架构和使用具
有一定经验；
4、熟悉Open stack、Docker、Kubernete等开源技术者优先，具备大并发，高可用系统架
构能力；
5、具有良好的沟通学习能力，对优化系统的运维流程具有强烈的兴趣；
6、熟悉计算机及网络相关专业知识；熟悉当前主流的开发技术，精通数据库、前后端及
移动端开发管理经验；
7、出色的领导力，能进行高效沟通协调、资源整合，快速推进方案落地；
8、具有开放的思维，关注领域内的技术发展现状，及时更新，具备适应变化和快速决策
的能力。

es and have some development experience, familiar with popular frameworks, des
ign patterns, object-oriented design methods.
3. Experienced in the architecture and application of popular databases and mi
ddleware software such as Oracle, MySQL, WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.
4. Familiar with Openstack, Docker, Kubernete and other open source technologi
es is preferred, with large concurrency, high availability system architecture
capabilities.
5. Have good communication skills and learning ability and have strong interes
t in optimizing the operation and maintenance process of the system.
