NanoSemi has proven breakthrough linearization technology based on system
identification and machine learning and applied it to wideband radios for 5G

之前有在OverSea_Job版征过数位设计相关的人,公司最近接计画的成功率比以草创期
忽然高了很多,所以所有职缺都需要增加人手,不然有些计划就得放弃了。除了收在美
国已经有身分(OPT, H1B..)的人,公司最近收到台大一位教授推荐的学生用J1来工作一
年,同事里面台湾人又顺便要求老板可以多找一些这样的人,以后干脆在台湾开个办公室
,老板又开放三个拿J1来工作的名额。所以如果在台湾有学生身分(硕博皆可),快毕业又
想来美国工作的人,我们可以帮办J1过来,所有待遇比照全职员工。那些拿J1来,而且毕
业不用当兵的人,公司也会办H1B。但因为公司目前只有在美国有办公室,短时间无法帮

Department: Engineering
Responsibilities:
‧ Work with customers and customize product definition specific to their
FPGA design.
‧ Work with algorithm developers to architect customer solutions.
‧ Hands-on implementation of IP for customer projects.
‧ Work with IP testing and verification engineers.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
‧ MS/PhD in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
‧ Experiences in digital design with Xilinx FPGA
‧ Demonstrated ability to take a product from customer requirements to
consumer product.
‧ Integration experience related to either delivering or receiving
digital IP for Xilinx FPGA.
‧ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
‧ Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse multi-disciplinary team,
show initiative, self- manage, and effectively communicate with team
members and customers.
‧ Demonstrated ability to expand knowledge base and quickly adapt to a
new environment.
Additional Desired Skills:
‧ Experience in wireless MODEM design.
‧ Embedded software experience.

Job Title: Member of Technical Staff (Digital Verification)
Department: Engineering
Responsibilities:
‧ Implement verification strategies, environment and tests in a
combination of C/C++ and System Verilog.
‧ Hands-on verification including test planning, test execution, coverage
closure, and customer support.
‧ Ability to expand beyond verification and learn new tools and languages.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
‧ MS/PhD in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with
experiences in design verification of both ASIC and FPGA.
‧ Demonstrated ability to architect and implement verification
infrastructure.
‧ Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse multi-disciplinary team,
show initiative, self-manage, and effectively communicate with team
members and customers.
‧ Demonstrated ability to expand knowledge to new areas.
Additional Desired Skills:
‧ Embedded software experience.
‧ Familiarity with wireless systems such as Wi-Fi or 3GPP

Job Title: Member of Technical Staff (RF System)
Department: Engineering
Responsibilities:
‧ Developing systems to characterize the performance of RF power
amplifier and advanced radio components using test instrument and
algorithms
‧ Designing and implementing test equipment hardware and software to
support both manual and automated test systems in MATLAB
‧ Performing data analysis to evaluate test system and product performance
‧ Optimizing the RF signal chain, DPD structure and key CFR parameters
with customers for the best performance
‧ Working with a diverse group of people (algorithm, FPGA design, and
ACIS design)
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
‧ Ability to understand the fundamentals of test instruments and
algorithms
‧ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills to troubleshoot
from system to component level
‧ Theory and practice in characterizing RF transceivers and data
converters and understanding of RF mixed-signal measurements.
‧ Hands-on experience with testing equipment, such as vector network
analyzers, impedance tuners, and signal analyzers.
‧ Strong knowledge of system interfaces like GPIB, USB, LAN, PCI Express,
UART, and etc...
‧ Experience with controlling hardware using software interfaces for test
automation (GPIB, LAN, USB, etc) is a must
‧ Understanding of communicating with various instruments from MATLAB
using VISA standard
‧ Experience with instrumentation scripting and is flexible with data
interfaces
‧ Strong planning and organizational skills with attenuation to detail
Additional Desired Skills:
‧ Prior experience in designing or testing components in RF transceivers,
especially power amplifiers or envelop tracking amplifiers
‧ Knowledge for LTE, WIFI and 5G communication standards

Job Title: Member of Technical Staff (Algorithm)
Department: Engineering
Summary:
NanoSemi is seeking a full-time software engineer who is familiar with coding
in CUDA for parallel processors. This role is hands-on and encompasses
design, testing and analysis and application of deep neural network
algorithms.
Responsibilities:
‧ Work with algorithm researcher to perform analysis and optimization on
machine learning algorithms to ensure the best possible performance on
GPU architecture.
‧ Develop machine learning software libraries for end users
‧ Help maintain and improve existing algorithm libraries.
‧ Work with team members with diverse background such as algorithm, FPGA
and ASIC design
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
‧ MS/PhD in an engineering or computer science related discipline.
‧ Strong background in C/C++, software design, programming techniques.
‧ Some mathematical/algorithmic background would be a plus
‧ Experience with parallel programming, ideally CUDA C/C++.
Familiarity with digital signal processing is a plus.
‧ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
‧ Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse multi-disciplinary team,
show initiative, self- manage, and effectively communicate with team
members and customers.
‧ Demonstrated ability to expand knowledge base and quickly adapt to a
