Job Description
‧ Data Entry
‧ Download open sales orders and delivery schedules
‧ Update sales order backlog
‧ Attach supporting documentation onto sales orders in an ERP system
‧ Update comments/notes in system to reflect changes made on backlog
Requirements:
‧ Education and / or experience; high school diploma or equivalent
‧ Quick numeric data entry skills
‧ 1-3 years work experience or related work experience
‧ Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
‧ Must have computer skills and experience in Word & Excel
‧ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
‧ Cooperating with supervision and fellow employees
‧ Motivated self starter
‧ Enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently with
little supervision
‧ Must be a U.S Citizen or Lawful permanent resident
Desired Requirements:
‧ Knowledge or Epicor or ERP system a plus
