小弟目前人在美国 最近在找新的机会准备跳槽
一个月前面了一家蛮心仪的公司 关于RF设计的
结果今天收到拒信QQ 以下是内容:
Good Afternoon XXXXXXX,
I just wanted to check in with you regarding the Senior Hardware RF Design
Engineer position you interviewed for. Unfortunately, the hiring manager
decided to go with a different candidate at this time. However, Robert was
very pleased with your experience and your outstanding potential. He is
interested in considering you for a future role as one of our System Design
Engineers with the team. The position is not officially available as of now,
but we are anticipating a need after the start of the new year. Is this
something you would be interested in? We would like to remain in contact
to be sure you are at the top of our list when that position becomes approved!
Let us know your thoughts on that.
Again, we want to thank you for your time and your interest in our company.
We hope to stay connected for any future opportunities that may arise!

看了内容 感觉就是一般官腔的回信
而且HR提到的新职缺 小弟其实不是那么感兴趣 毕竟拒了都拒了 有点像安慰奖一样
不知道各位有经验的大大 有没有什么建议关于处理拒信这方面的
毕竟直接无视不回 有点怕被对方列入黑名单Orz

可以回一下,我收过拒信然后回信感谢,顺便cc面试的人,马上收到对方的信说拒信是误发的,hr也写信道歉,不久后收到offer. 什么事都可能发生啊

2017-12-04 10:15:00HR的要不要回可能随便 但找人单位还是回一下 我主管收过几个当初有回信的 觉得对方人不错 收进来的不满意马上就说找上次那个有回感谢信的再来一次 然后就发Offer了

刚刚下班前接到hiring manager的电话....blah blah讲了一堆 大意就是最晚明年二月再去邀小弟去一趟...这真是安慰奖的极致啊QQ
