消保处：联想召回可能过热的32万颗ThinkPad笔电电池
行政院消费者保护处表示，联想（Lenovo）因ThinkPad笔电电池可能过热，将召回总数约
32.75万颗电池，国内用户可向联想联系确认使用的电池是否需召回。
行政院消保处接到经济部标检局通知，联想将主动召回ThinkPad笔电使用的锂电池，由于
电池可能过热，导致火灾或烫伤，在美国已有2起案例因电池过热损坏电脑及周边设备，
因此将召回总数约32.75万个ThinkPad电池。
消保处呼吁国人，若购买ThinkPad笔电，使用的电池在2010年10月到2011年4月间产制者
尽快与联想公司联络，确认是否需要召回，不论产品是否仍在保固内均免费更换新电池。
这批电池使用的ThinkPad机型共包括12款笔电、9款电池型号。台湾地区受影响的机型包
括ThinkPad X201、X201s及Edge13系列所使用的电池，召回的电池型号为P/N 43R9255、
51J0500、57Y4186、57Y4564、57Y4565、57Y4625、57Y4559、43R9254及0A36277，总计销
量为2137个。
消保处指出国内售出2137个受影响电池，但从3月27日公布召回讯息到现在，主动联系更
换的件数只有38台，召回比例仅1.78%左右，呼吁消费者尽快检视笔电、电池型号，与该
公司连系处理。

Lenovo is recalling ThinkPad notebook computer battery packs sold nationwide
and in Canada from October 2010 to April 2011. The battery packs can
overheat, posing a fire hazard.
This recall involves Lenovo battery packs sold with the following ThinkPad
notebook computers: the Edge 11, 13 and 14 series, the T410, T420, T510 and
W510 series, and the X100e, X120e, X200, X201 and X201s series. Recalled
battery packs have one of the following part numbers starting with the fourth
digit in a long series of numbers and letters printed on a white sticker
below the bar code on the battery pack:
42T4695, 42T4711, 42T4798, 42T4804, 42T4812, 42T4822, 42T4828, 42T4834,
42T4840 and 42T4890.
Consumers should contact Lenovo at 800-426-7378 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday
through Friday or at www.lenovo.com for a free replacement battery pack.

美国消费品安全委员会（Consumer Product Safety Commission, CPSC）在本周四发表的
一份声明中称，联想正在召回部分存在着火隐患的ThinkPad电池，因为一旦工作过热，这
些电池有可能最终烧毁电脑。
联想此次分别在美国和加拿大召回了34,500块和2,900块ThinkPad电池。另据新华社报导
，该公司还在中国市场召回了117,732块ThinkPad电池。这些电池的适用机型包括
ThinkPad Edge 11、13和14系列笔记本以及在2010年10月到2011年4月之间生产的T410、
T420、T510、W510、X100e、X120e、X200、X201和X201s等笔记本。召回电池的单个售价
在80美元到150美元之间。
CPSC在声明中指出，联想之前收到了两起有关因ThinkPad电池组过热所引发的用户电脑损
坏和财产损失报告。
联想为此特别开设了一个服务网页供用户查询自己的笔记本电池是否在召回之列。此外，
用户还可以通过查询电池内部条形码下方的几组识别码来判断自己的电池是否在召回之列
，被召回的电池识别码包括42T4695、42T4711、42T4798、42T4804、42T4812、42T4822、
42T4828、42T4834、42T4840和42T4890。
用户可以拨打网页上预留的电话要求免费更换自己的电池。联想表示，新电池将在三日内
发货。
