[闲聊] 美国eShop prepaid card储值失败解决过程

美国Nintendo eShop Prepaid Card有人遇到不能储值的状况吗?
我有美版WiiU跟3DS,加上去年曾有eShop prepaid card八折优惠
所以当时一口气买了十多张,我是有要买游戏时才储值
后来发现不能储值
直接最终最快结论:打国际电话给美国nintendo,并准备mail购买证明即可
但因为有英语对话恐惧,一开始想用mail解决一切
eShop prepaid card我是在bestbuy买的,我想一定是bestbuy忘记activate
====以下事情经过,纯闲聊可不看=====================================
2013.12月 因为有eShop prepaid card八折优惠,所以一次买了十几张
2014.2.14 Bestbuy来信寻问我2013.12月买的其中一张卡是否不能储值
如果不能的话,请打xxxxx这支电话要求activation
我是有要买游戏时才储值,所以当时跟本没回应
2014.9.30要储值时,才发现果真不能储值,回mail要求activation
2014.10.1 Bestbuy回mail给了一个电话,要求我回电
看来只能用破英文打电话去了......
bestbuy客服寻问订单编号、姓名、我的e-mail后,表示这张卡activation失败
请我打给任天堂,如果任天堂不能够协助我的话,请我再回电bestbuy要求退费
并给我一组Reference no.说如果回电要求退费时,跟客服报这组号码
2014.10.8 还是不敢电话连络,直接去任天堂网站写support单
并在support单上传了eShop card的照片
2014.10.10任天堂电子邮件回复,要求回报 姓名、地址、电话、游戏机序号
2014.10.11 回复以上资料,我以为任天堂会帮我activate那张prepaid card
等等等等等
2014.10.21 任天堂终于回复
Hello,
Thank you for writing to us, and for being patient while you waited for our
reply. We have been experiencing a high volume of emails, resulting in
delayed responses. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I have forwarded your PrePaid Card request to be processed. Someone from the
processing group will contact you via email when it is complete.
2014.10.29 任天堂终于再回复
Please call us regarding the issue you recently contacted Nintendo about. We
understand that your time is important, so please contact us at
1-877-803-3676 at your earliest convenience. Our representatives are
available seven days a week from 6:00am to 7:00pm, PST.
We look forward to hearing from you. When calling please provide the
representative with the following reference number:
1XX00X-000XX0
Please note that if we do not hear from you within the next seven business
days (Wednesday, Nov. 5th), we will consider this matter resolved and close
the incident.
所以还是要打电话.........
2014.10.30 打电话给任天堂,报了reference number,任天堂问了我的名字跟e-mail
查询后说这张卡没有activate,要我提供当时的购买证明
这卡是去年买的,还好bestbuy购买记录还查的到
我问客服我的prepaid card是在bestbuy线上买的,直接给网站购买记录即可吗?
在电话中任天堂就直接回电子邮件
As we discussed, please reply to this email and attach the following:
Receipt from prepaid card
As soon as we receive your reply your incident will be processed. You will
receive notification via email at that time.
2014.10.31 任天堂来信通知,35元已经直接储值到我的NNID了,上eshop看帐户多了35元
我以为会给我一组新的储值序号,但总算完美解决,坐等11月买大乱斗
心得:
1.任天堂的客服回信真的如网友说的一样,慢。
2.打bestbuy和nintendo客服电话,对话过程都会被录音
3.外国人客服听到我的破英文,都会明显放慢说话速度,所以我能听懂
4.打国际电话,不用002/009,直接用智慧型手机装GrooVe IP Lite Free Calls之类的
app免费打电话,收讯都很清楚,科技好进步
题外话,像客服给reference number如果有多个0要怎么唸?
如:100012-001234 我是唸one triple zeros one two、two zeros one two three four
不知道外国人都怎么唸?
