moves:
‧ Recalled OF Jasson Domínguez (#89) from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
‧ Returned INF Jon Berti (#19) from his rehab assignment and reinstated him
from the 60-day injured list.
‧ Placed INF DJ LeMahieu on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to 9/6) with
a right hip impingement.
‧ Designated LHP Anthony Misiewicz for assignment.
(2) @Yankees: Following today’s game, the Yankees optioned OF Duke Ellis to
Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
(3) @MaxTGoodman: Aaron Boone doesn’t know if DJ LeMahieu will be back this
season from this right hip injury.
Boone said it’s been lingering for LeMahieu for a few weeks. He’s been
getting treatment and is going for an MRI today.
(4) @JackCurryYES: In the eyes of many (including mine), this Dominguez move is
overdue. But Dominguez is here now and Boone said that he's going to play a
lot. Should be a very interesting September.
