moves:
‧ Placed RHP Nick Burdi on the 15-day injured list (retroactive to 4/17) with
right hip inflammation.
‧ Recalled RHP Cody Morris (#82) from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
‧ Added OF Taylor Trammell (#33) to the active roster.
(2) @Yankees: Earlier today, the Yankees claimed OF Taylor Trammell off waivers
from the Los Angeles Dodgers.
To make room on the 40-man roster, the Yankees have designated INF Kevin Smith
for assignment.
(3) @BryanHoch: Aaron Boone says the doctors are targeting Tuesday for
DJ LeMahieu to begin his minor league rehab assignment.
(4) @BryanHoch: DJ LeMahieu said that an MRI taken last night showed a lack of
healing and doctors were not comfortable with him beginning a rehab assignment.
He is frustrated and hopes to be playing in 3-4 days.
(5) @ktsharp: Aaron Judge now has 17 career RBI in plate appearances that gave
his team a lead in the 9th inning or later.
That's the most of any MLB player since 2018.
(6) @ktsharp: Juan Soto has now reached base in 15 of 30 PA vs LHP this season.
