(1) @Yankees: Today, the Yankees transferred the rehab assignment of
RHP Luis Severino from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to Double-A Somerset.
(2) @BryanHoch: Luis Severino is scheduled to throw 55-60 pitches tonight for
@SOMPatriots.
It’s possible that his next start could be in the Majors on Sunday at
Cincinnati … which would be funny since it’s at 11:35am, and Severino
didn’t want to pitch in a morning game at Scranton.
(3) @MaxTGoodman: As of now, Carlos Rodón doesn’t need his second round
injection in his back, per Aaron Boone.
Today is a scheduled no-throw for Rodón.
The #Yankees scheduled the cortisone-like shot for midway through this week
in case he needs it.
(4) @GaryHPhillips: Still no set rehab start date for Josh Donaldson, per
Aaron Boone.
(5) @ktsharp: Aaron Judge has 30 multi-HR games in 762 career games overall.
The only other player in MLB history to reach 30 multi-HR games in 762 career
games or fewer is Ralph Kiner (743 games).
(6) @ktsharp: Aaron Judge is now 2-for-20 (.100) vs Alex Manoah in his career.
Both hits are solo home runs.
