‧ Recalled RHP Greg Weissert (#85) from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
‧ Designated RHP Colten Brewer for assignment.
(2) @BryanHoch: Carlos Rodon tossed again today down in Tampa and "felt really
good," according to Aaron Boone. Next step for him is a two-inning bullpen on
Sunday/Monday, then he can start facing hitters.
(3) @BryanHoch: Harrison Bader took fly balls again in CF today. Moving closer
to that minor league rehab assignment.
(4) @ktsharp: This is the first time since June 18, 2000 that the Yankees
allowed 9+ runs in the first inning of a game
(5) @ktsharp: Isiah Kiner-Falefa is the first Yankees position player with
1+ IP, 0 runs and 1 or fewer baserunners allowed since Wade Boggs on
