The Rangers designated RP Albert Abreu for assignment today.
The #Yankees sent Abreu to Texas in the Jose Trevino trade. Abreu hada 3.12
ERA over 8.2 innings with the Rangers this season (missed a month on the IL
with an ankle sprain)
4.1. @MaxTGoodman: Speaking of the Rangers, both Josh Smith (3B) and
Glenn Otto (SP) are starting for Texas tonight. Both were sent from New York
to Texas in the Joey Gallo trade.
