103学年度第2学期停修申请，将于5月22日截止，同学们拟申请停修课程，周一至周四课
程至迟须于5月22日（周五）下午5时前，周五课程至迟须于5月25日（周一）下午1时前，
完成停修申请书核章并送达所属教务单位（注册组、研教组、医教分处），逾期恕无法受
理。

Applicants should apply on line and print the application with ratification
by the department head before deadline and submit the form to the Office of
Academic Affairs by 17:00 at May 22 (Friday) for classes scheduled on Monday
to Thursday, and 13:00 at May 25 (Monday) for classes scheduled on Friday. No
application will be accepted after the deadline.
