计画说明 Project Description
本计画是“都市永续转型与韧性建构”计画的子计画,以副热带气候、亚洲地区、高密度发展城市的环境-社会纹理为脉络,探讨台湾北部在都市化的过程中,因绿基盘、社会经济、人口组成等的转变所造成的高温暴露与韧性差异,因而造成高温风险不平等的现象。以此为基础检验过去都市发展决策,盘点高温脆弱族群,并研提未来城市在公正转型上的自然解方。
This research project is one of the working packages of “Urban Sustainable Transition and Resilience Construction”. It plans to investigate environmental and social context of dense developed cities in the subtropical Asia. Using cities in the North of Taiwan as case study areas, this project will assess the extent to which socio-economic and demography features influences green infrastructure distribution and associated resilience-related functions accross urban neighbourhoods. The result of this
assessment will help examine climate injustice in heat adaptation that is derived from urban development decisions. Accordingly, this project will propose a nature-based solution that is compliable to urban land use planning and help just transition of cities.

工作内容 Responsibilities:
1.各类资料(社会及空间资讯)收集、汇整与建置
2.参与基地调查并整理访谈纪录
3.协助整理计画相关报告书
4.协助执行计划相关活动
5.处理计划行政事务
* 以上工作内容将依照助理的专长和研究室成员分工调整
Post holder from overseas will have to work closely in person with project PI on the following tasks:
1. Collecting, synthesizing, and pre-processing data for spatial analysis
2. Site survey
3. Reporting research outcomes through project deliverables and academic outputs
4. Liaison with other research teams and preparing project meetings
应征资格 Required Qualifications
1.国内外大学都市规划、景观规划、地理、空间资讯或相关科系毕业之学、硕、博士
2.具有地理资讯系统(GIS)、量化统计、景观生态分析能力者优先考虑
3.认真负责,能如期完成交办事项,并主动与主持人报告进度
1. Permission to work in Taiwan (this is the responsibility of the candidate)
2. Master degree in fields related to urban planning, landscape planning, geography, environmental planning, and data science.
3. Good ability in using GIS and/or statistical analyses
4. Good knowledge of one of the following fields:
– Urban heat island effect
– Heat vulnerability and risk
– Landscape Ecology/Urban Ecology
– Green Infrastructure
5. Good accountability to finish work on time and report progress to PI
*This work can be conducted in English, but basic Mandarin ability is desirable for data collection and field works.
工作地点:台北市大安区罗斯福路四段1号,国立台湾大学国际学院
工作时间:周一至周五 (上下班时间可弹性调整、休假依台湾大学相关规定办理)
工作期间:1年(含3个月弹性雇用期),依照表现可延长至2年
待遇:依照国立台湾大学计画人员薪资标准核给(t.ly/KgWcb) ,并依相关工作年资与能力调薪。详情请面洽。
Location: International College, National Taiwan University (No. 1, Sec. 4, Roosevelt Rd., Taipei 106319, Taiwan, R.O.C.)
Working Time: Monday to Friday on-site for full-time
Salary: Salary is paid according to the pay scale for a full-time research assistant in National Taiwan University. Starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience. (t.ly/KgWcb)
