若无特别强调，排行是以销售金额计算。
NPD预计在台湾的4月17日公布3月美国游戏销售。

《决胜时刻：现代战争》夺回月销售冠军宝座。
《七龙珠Z 卡卡洛特》仍是2020年迄今最热卖的游戏，也是唯一登上月销售前20名的2020年
发售游戏。
本月销售最佳的新发售游戏是《人中之龙Remastered合辑》，排名是第33名。
由于数位版$2.99与实体版$5的促销活动，《汤姆克兰西：全境封锁2》重返月销售排行榜。
《健身环大冒险》排名持续爬升，库存挑战可能在未来数月出现。
所有平台的主机销售都较去年同期下滑。无论是在销售金额或销量上，本月销售最佳主机都
是Switch。
Xbox Elite 无线控制器Series 2蝉连4个月最畅销周边，也是2020年迄今最畅销周边。
Switch主机缺货的情形尚未出现，3月销售情况令人好奇。
