The Position - Project Manager
The Project Manager will support the Business Development manager in terms of
various project creation, execution and communication with different
stakeholders.
The first major project will be linked to the implementation of an IT solution
for the Service department team. The incumbent will work alongside the Service
Management team to design and implement the processes needed to create a
world class service organization.
Opportunity exists to use the knowledge acquired from the first implementation
in Taiwan to lead the subsequent implementations in Japan, China, Thailand,
Australia etc…
Project Manager will also support as needed marketing and sales functions in
Technology unit. He will complete various projects and special assignments
by establishing objectives.
Summary of Profile
IE with MBA (or clear business and change management skills) or Business
Major with proven track and interest for operations and processes
(Information Management or Business Administration majors)
Experience: 3-5 years operation management
Responsibilities
1. Design the business processes for the Service Department to move the
organization to the next level of service. Understand the business requirements
/needs and gaps/opportunities then fit together with the IT solution.
2. Alongside with the Service Manager conduct Change Management for the Service
Department to bring the organization to the next level of efficiency.
3. Work closely with Service Department team to accomplish service KPI and
maximize business desired outcomes.
4. Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, analyzing and re-designing
processes. Propose and implement changes
5. Document the processes for further implementations.

1. Change management experience in design and driving process.
2. Great interaction and communication with people;
Strong leadership and project management.
3. Great understanding of operations and procedures; excellent analysis and
problem solving skills.
4. Quick learner, enthusiastic and independent to adapt quickly to a new
