Incidental Contact: The mere fact that contact occurs does not mean a foul
has been committed. Players are allowed to contact other players when
reaching for a loose ball, or when performing normal offensive and defensive
movements. The hand is considered “ part of the ball” when it is in contact
with the ball and contact with a players hand when it is in contact with the
ball is not a foul.

明显Aldridge打到了Ellis的手背，但隔日的裁判报告却是
1次错判，对马刺队不利。
昨天这场比赛第四节还有1分42秒结束的时候，Aldridge只打掉了Ellis的球（没有打到
Ellis的手） ，当时裁判吹罚了Aldridge的犯规，这是一次错判。
我也是因为这个才去查上面那条规则的
所以火锅盖帽的同时接触到球和手掌的话，应该是没有犯规？
