但推文里已经是讨论一般打球的状况了，我想后半段还是用FIBA规则来说明比较恰当。
先说结论:LBJ前两球灌篮在NBA规则下是合法的步伐， 规则如下:

of a dribble,may take two steps in coming to a stop, passing or shooting the
ball. A player who receives the ball while he is progressing must release the
ball to start his dribble before his second step.
