你上面列出的FIBA规则，是16.1.2，规则是说within the basket，
注意并没有说gaol或scored，这条是为避免勾天顶等其他而先定义。
重点是16.1.1
16.1.1 A goal is made when a live ball enters the basket from above and
remains within or passes through the basket.
然后我们看Basket的定义，

不用担心，篮网就如同篮板一样，在正式比赛是球场必要的一部份。
