Portland Trail Blazers guard Shaedon Sharpe sustained a lateral meniscus tear
in his right knee during an off-season workout last week.
Sharpe underwent successful surgery yesterday to repair the meniscus. The
procedure was performed by Dr. Kristofer Jones at the UCLA Department of
Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
Sharpe will begin his rehabilitation immediately and will be reevaluated in
six months.
