因为他们生涯无法一直有这样的机会
也可能无法时常有这样的对待
所以必须给他们设立一个高标准
这也是他们自己应该希望的
所以我不认为这是一种缺乏耐心的表现
更像是在表达：
“嘿，无论你觉得自己是谁，我依然认为我们能达到某个标准，而我们必须做到。”
