如果明星赛的奖励 可以增加球员未来签约的顶薪上限
这样有搞头吗?
例如这个球员下一个合约可以签35%顶薪
如果参加一次明星赛获胜 可以加1%
下一个合约变成最高上限可以到36%
如果是灌篮大赛冠军或三分大赛冠军 可以加3%之类
因为可以进明星赛的 未来都可能可以签顶薪合约
如果赢球可以增加顶薪上限
这样明星赛大家就会认真打 认真防守了吧
这个想法是不是比较实际?
