Wade alluded to some recent slippage in the Heat’s “iron fist” way of
doing things, but added that “I’m glad that we’re back to the culture.”

the organization, iron fist. If we’re going to be that way, let’s be that
way. And the stuff that we’ve been hearing as former players, we don’t like
it. We didn’t get away with that [expletive]. We didn’t get away with that.
But Pat Riley, he’s back.”

补充说明
其实Wade应该很清楚事情的变化，前几天也爬到一篇，他早在季初就有告诫吉巴这个赛季
要以转换角色为重心，他老了，球员也不同了，但不想接受角色改变，终究仍成了爆发点
