already agreed to a contract in Greece and the deal is done.
Toronto media is reporting that the Raptors aren't looking to waive him. And
Vezenkov must be waived. He can't just decide to leave.
May still end up happening, but to report it like Vezenkov is definitely
leaving the NBA feels off.
