巫师队的主场 Capital One Arena
虽然启用 25 年, 但最大的问题倒不完全是老旧跟治安
那一区治安的确不怎么样, 看球三不五时走过充满大麻味的街道虽然不是很舒服
街道到处都是流浪汉, 但在美国大都市这种情况很常见
人多酒吧多的地方深夜总容易有些治安的问题
我想主要是因为周围重新开发的建案已经饱和, 没有发展的空间
DC 相对于其他的主场有个特别的限制, 就是1899 年通过的法律
建筑高度不能超过 39.6 公尺高
所以 Captial One Arena 很特别的是顶层只有在四楼以上
打球的主场是沉下去地下三四层的设计
这种规划空间是很有限的, 假设基于未来的发展, 重盖势不可免
主场搬家在职业球队很常见, 现有华盛顿国民队就搬过一次
从市中心的 Griffith Stadium 搬到 National Park
新球场在 Navy Yard 新开发的社区, 一搬过去周围的办公大楼, 出租公寓, 餐厅酒吧
都开发起来了, 地产商赚得钵满盆满..
北维吉尼亚因为靠近华盛顿 DC, 跟维吉尼亚其他地区差异很大
基本上就是首都的郊区, 生活机能便利
一出了北维吉尼亚, 除了几个稍微大一点的城市之外, 基本上就是乡村好风光了
这次想搬去的是 Arlington 亚马逊总部附近, 跟 DC 一河之隔
那边也是新开发的社区, 还把河岸附近能填起来造陆的基本上都填的很夸张
如果球场搬到那边, 周围腹地的发展又可以炒作一波
还可以边拿州政府的补助, 边有余裕重整场馆, 巫师老板球队很多支
到时候重整好谁去那边打再说..
商人的算盘打得很精的, 但这波季后的交易就说不上了...唉
