A slow start to this season had many calling for them to blow up their roster bu
t in typical Heat fashion, they have gotten back on track. They are now the 6th
seed in the Eastern Conference with a 27-22 record after winning 8 of their last
11 games. Still, there wasn't a whole lot of love for their players when the la
test results of the fan vote came out, as Jimmy Butler was the only one to make
it to the top 10 in the frontcourt or backcourt. Bam Adebayo, who is having the
best season of his NBA career, was not happy with these results, as he slammed t
he voting system.

] about if they tell me somebody else has played better than me this year consid
ering I’m leading the NBA in paint points and I’m one of the reasons why we’r
e winning.”

You do wonder who are these players he thinks shouldn't be on there. Adebayo is
averaging 21.6 PPG and 10.2 RPG while shooting 54.0% from the field, so it is un
derstandable that he feels he is an All-Star. He is now banking on the coaches t
o get him in and we'll see if they feel he is worthy of making it in.
