今年开始用NBA League Pass看比赛遇到两个问题：
(去年以前都没事)
1. 用手机APP看时，CC功能会自动打开无法关闭，
导致画面上面一直有字幕跑出来，严重影响观赛体验。
(手机是iPhone12 pro max，iOS 15.6.1)
2. 想要改成用PC看，却一直显示Error Code:102

我有查过系统FAQ，没能获得解答，
也已经回报客服了，还没获得回复，
想说上来看看，有没有人也遇到一样的情况，
或是有没有人知道怎么解决，感谢。
