就是减轻疼痛而已吧或是MLB也常有投手手伤不马上开TJ而是先打某种针让他自体修复的类似做法…硬要的话就是可能药剂止痛上场吧？

半月板撕裂...比AD的腹股沟拉伤还夸张..别继续了拉
半月板很难自己复原吧 我的是前十字韧带手术顺便缝半月板啦 颗颗
