NBA says 14 Lottery teams will be the 8 teams that do not participate in
restart & the 6 teams that participate in the restart but do not qualify for
playoffs. Teams would be seeded in lottery & assigned odds based on records
through games of 3/11. NYK has the 6th worst record.
选秀大会的14支乐透区球队将由未参加复赛的8支球队和参加复赛但未晋级季后赛的6支
球队组成。
状元签率将由各球队在3月11日截止的战绩先后次序决定。
