Kevin Durant reaffirms desire to one day own, run an NBA team
Kevin Durant重申了自己有一天能拥有一支NBA球队的愿望
At 31 years of age, Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant is currently in the
13th season of what has been an illustrious career. The two-time NBA champ
has pretty much been through it all in the league, and there's no denying
that Father Time is slowly catching up with him, especially after his
devastating Achilles injury that will likely keep him out this entire 13th
campaign of his career.

This is perhaps why Durant himself is already envisioning life after his
playing days are over:

young players coming through the league,” Durant said, via Steven Bertoni of
Forbes.

It is worth noting that it's not just about owning a team for Durant. As he
mentioned above, he has every intention of being involved in how his team is
run, as opposed to taking a back seat in the owner's box.

Durant went on to explain that his primary desire — aside of course from the
potential financial benefits of owning a highly lucrative NBA team — is to
be able to make a difference in the lives of young hopefuls:

“I started down here,” Durant adds. “I know there'll be kids popping up

well may have the deep pockets to be able to turn this dream of his into a
reality somewhere down the road.
