Kevin Durant reportedly sells Malibu home, buys one in New York

Golden State Warriors superstar small forward Kevin Durant has reportedly
sold his Malibu house and bought a new one in New York, according to multiple
reports.
根据许多报导，勇士超级小前锋Kevin Durant已经卖掉他在Malibu的房子，在纽约买了新
房。
Neal J. Leitereg of the Los Angeles Times reports Durant sold his oceanfront
home for $12.15 million, while Ric Bucher of Bleacher Report says the
two-time Finals MVP has moved his belongs to his New York home.
洛杉矶时报记者Neal J. Leitereg报导KD卖掉他靠海边的房子，1215万镁；Bleacher
Report则报导这两届FMVP得主已经把他的东西都搬到他纽约的新家了。

NBA superstar Kevin Durant has wrapped up some business in Malibu, selling
his oceanfront home on Broad Beach for $12.15 million.

“NBA超级明星球员KD已经把他在Malibu的一些东西处理完，卖掉坐落在Broad Beach的房
子，价格是1215万镁。”
Accounting for real estate commissions and other fees, the sale comes out as
a bit of a wash for the 10-time all-star. He bought the place last year for
$12.05 million, The Times previously reported in April.
扣掉房仲的手续费跟其他的费用，这笔交易对这位10届全明星来说算是不赚不赔。他去年
以1205万镁买下这间房。
Bleacher Report report:
Sources familiar with Durant’s off-court business say Durant has since
purchased a new home in New York and moved his belongings there.
Bleacher Report报导：

了。”
Durant has declined his 2019-20 player option with the Warriors. He’s
currently in New York with his brother. If KD decides not to re-sign with the
Warriors, he will likely join either the New York Knicks or Brooklyn Nets.
KD已经拒绝执行他2019-20的球员选择权，他现在跟他的兄弟在纽约；若是他决定不跟勇士
续约，很有可能他会加入尼克或者是篮网。
Kyrie Irving is widely expected to sign with the Nets on June 30. The
All-Star guard has reportedly been in the ear of Durant trying to convince
him to sign with the Nets.
大部分人认为Kyrie Irving在6/30那天会与篮网签约，据报这位全明星后卫一直在跟KD
讲，说服他一起到篮网打球。
The Warriors can offer Durant the most money in free agency and a fifth year
on his deal. KD will likely miss the entire 2019-20 season recovering from
his Achilles tear.
