In the third quarter of the Warriors Game 5 matchup with the Houston Rockets,
Kevin Durant hit a 15-foot jump shot on the right baseline, landed fine, but c
ame up awkward on his trot back on defense.
Durant turned back like he felt something on his right leg, hopped a bit and t
hen started limping. It was a scary moment, a non-contact injury that appeared
to be a torn Achilles in the moment.
Durant’s reaction to the injury and the way he tried to walk off is similar t
