Gilbert Arenas Bashes Vince Carter After 22nd Season Return Announcement

Even though Vince Carter said last summer he was “90-something percent” his
career would come to an end after this season was over, Vinsanity changed his
mind and state he will be playing another season, making it 22 in his career.
尽管Vince Carter去年夏天曾说自己的职业生涯已达90%，赛季结束后将退休。
不过Carter今年改变了主意，打算多打一年，这将会是他的第22个赛季。
He said before the ending of the regular season: “I’m going to prepare as
if I’m coming back, and we’ll go from there, but I do want to play another
year.” He confirmed his decision to play for another season on Tuesday on
his podcast with Kent Bazemore.
在本赛季结束前，Carter在上队友Kent Bazemore的广播节目时曾表示：
“我会为下一季打球做好准备，然后看事情如何发展，我真的想再多打一年。”
Many people will certainly love to see Vince going at it for another season,
and even though he doesn’t have a contract with a team, Carter is hoping to
get one and demonstrate he still got it even though he’s past his 40s. As
much as some fans would dig to see Carter doing his team again, there are
some others that don’t like very much the idea of Vince playing his 22nd
season in the league.
很多人肯定都喜欢看到Carter再战一年，即使他最终没有跟球队签约，
Carter也想证明即便过了40岁，自己也能得到一份合约。
有些球迷希望看到Carter再次打球，但也有些人不喜欢VC再打一年的决定。
Former Wizards Gilbert Arenas took some time to state how he feels about
Vinsanity coming back for another campaign. Maybe he’s jealous, maybe he’s
not, but Arenas had some harsh words to say on this matter.
前NBA球员Gilbert Arenas就对VC再多打一年颇有微词，他在这件事上有些话想表达。
“I respect ya love but there’s young players trying to live the dream u did
and every year U play… that’s 1 player getting cut from his dream becuz
they will take ur name over them”
Arenas表示：
“我尊重你对比赛的热爱，但仍然有很多年轻球员试着追求进入NBA的梦想，
而你已达到你的梦想了。
你每多打一年就意味着有一名年轻球员将与他的梦想无缘，
因为球队会优先选择你而不是他们。”
