Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has been ruled out for Saturday's
game against the Mavericks in Dallas because of a lingering toe sprain.
Green missed two games last week against the Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets
because of the sprained right toe and right foot that has "lingering soreness
