文长不全翻，其中主要变动有两项
1. 退役球员、教练、裁判入选资格由原本的退休5年缩短为退休3年
2. 2020年开始现役教练入选资格改为须要执教25年以上(高中/大学/职业)
并且年满60岁
2012-13退休将在今年可以入选的球员：Jason Kidd、Grant Hill、Rasheed Wallace
、Richard Hamilton、Marcus Camby等。
2013-14赛季退休可提前入选的球星：Steve Nash、Ray Allen、Chauncey Billups、
Jermaine O’Neal、Derek Fisher、Stephen Jackson、Shane Battier。
2014-15赛季退休可提前入选的球星：Shawn Marion、Kenyon Martin，以及Andrei
Kirilenko。
