Sasha Vujacic signs with Fiat Torino
Italian basketball club Auxilium Pallacanestro Torino, better known as Fiat
Torino, announced that they have reached a deal with 33-year-old shooting
guard Sasha Vujacic.
Vujacic, who is off a two-year stint with the New York Knicks, was
non-effective for the team last season. He played sparingly — 9.7 minutes
per contest — over 42 games, averaging an even three points, 1.4 rebounds
and 1.2 assists. Signing with the Knicks in the summer of 2015, he started 25
of the 62 games he played in that season and posted 4.9 points and 2.4 boards
per contest.
